Engagement will have a new look when we harness their creativity with what they know more about than we do. It has unlimited capabilities if we provide direction. This includes all of their personal social sites, I Pods, cell phones etc.
The other challenge is facing the relatively short life span of technology. If you can purchase "it" "it's" probably obsolete!
